Specialist rugs, such as silk rugs, or rugs requiring additional treatment due to heavy contamination, urine, odours or other specialist cleaning requirements, may cost more. Yes. We offer specialist pet stain and odour removal for rugs, including treatment for dog and cat urine contamination. Unlike surface cleaning, our professional rug cleaning process allows us to treat contamination deep within the rug fibres and foundation, helping to remove the source of unpleasant pet odours rather than simply masking them. While we achieve excellent results with pet urine and odour removal, permanent staining or colour loss caused by urine cannot always be completely reversed.
